Kristalee joined RCP in 2026 to support RCP’s portfolio companies to enhance value creation through human capital and ESG strategy execution. She has decades of experience partnering with organizations on strategic growth and capacity building.
Kristalee serves on several nonprofit boards and enjoys traveling with her family to off-the-beaten-path destinations. She is an enthusiastic spring skier and dedicated yogi.
