Rotunda Capital Partners Acquires Siegel Egg Co.
Partnership positions leading bakery ingredients distributor for accelerated growth
BETHESDA, Md. and EVANSTON, Ill. – Rotunda Capital Partners (“Rotunda”) has acquired a majority stake in Siegel Egg Co. (“Siegel” or “the Company”), a leading wholesale distributor of bakery ingredients and other food products throughout New England and New York.
For nearly 100 years, Siegel has acted as a critical partner to both suppliers and customers in the baking industry, with a dedication to customer service and best-in-class operations. The Company operates out of a 171,000-square-foot facility north of Boston, delivering products from its exclusive and preferred supplier relationships to commercial, in-store, wholesale, and foodservice bakeries throughout the region.
