John co-founded RCP and has been partnering with lower middle-market companies for over 30 years. John actively invests across the Firm’s sectors, oversees the Firm’s administration, and co-leads capital formation activities.
John loves being on the Chesapeake Bay and cheering on the Ravens. He is committed to enhancing access to educational pathways as well as protecting the environment. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. He is the past chair and current board member of Capital for Children, a PE based initiative to support kids in need across the DC region. He formerly served on the boards of College Tracks and National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (“NFTE”).
